Need to return or exchange an item? Visit our Returns and Exchanges Page to print your authorized shipping label, then drop your package at the designated carrier. 

U.S. orders are eligible for both returns and exchanges. International orders are eligible for returns only, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return purchases made online or at a Psycho Bunny Retail Store for a refund to your original payment method. Please note that underwear, gift boxes, items discounted 50% or more, and "Sale on Sale" purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You must use our authorized RMA label. Packages sent without it or via unauthorized couriers will be refused at our warehouse. Once received, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to process.
