Can I return or exchange my online order in-store?Updated 8 days ago
You can take your online purchase to one of our retail locations to complete a return or exchange. You will just need to bring the unworn and unwashed item along with proof of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return purchases made online or at a Psycho Bunny Retail Store for a refund to your original payment method. Please note that underwear, gift boxes, items discounted 50% or more, and "Sale on Sale" purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
