Can I return or exchange my online order in-store?Updated 10 hours ago

You can take your online purchase to one of our retail locations to complete a return or exchange. You will just need to bring the unworn and unwashed item along with proof of purchase. 

Please note, returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of delivery. All Psycho Bunny products that are marked down by 50%, or more, socks and underwear are considered final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All items must be returned to a store location within the country where they were originally purchased.
